4 years ago I would never have dreamed that my commute to and from work would be over the ocean; to be specific the Strait of Georgia. Back then my commute was like many other people; behind the wheel of my car - half asleep; coffee in one hand, the other on the steering wheel. I would spend, maybe 60 minutes travelling to and from work. Dealing with enraged drivers, cutting me off, flipping me the bird - always surprised me how many angry drivers were on the road.
Today my commute is a little longer - 1 hour and 45 minutes there and 1 hour and 45 minutes back. The scenery never disappoints. No more angry drivers - just whited sided dolphins, seals, orcas, and a varied assortment of birds….and always smooth sailing.
